Scrum Master Must Attend In person to Auburn Hills,MI Must Have: • 5 + years of IT Ap Dev project management experience • Agile work experience • Experience working in Cloud (AWS), 16 apps will be moved to the cloud • Self-directed and able to successfully navigate in an entrepreneurial model for an emerging creative practice • Direct experience reinforcing strong stakeholder/agency partnerships • Able to align contributing disciplines to affirm approach, scope of work and estimate of effort • Functional understanding of user experience, visual design and front end development • Strong experience facilizing team to build project schedules (Excel/Microsoft Project); weekly updates and reports. • Strong ability to identify, track, report and develop mitigation for issues, risks; log key decisions, etc. • Excellent collaboration, team building and relationship management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate technology matters to business partners • Self-directed and able to produce results in a large corporate, matrix environment • Record of engaging stakeholders evaluating creative services; ability to explain practice skills Nice to have: • Previous Comerica experience
